Daily stays are $50, weekly stays are $325 and monthly stays are $800–$950. These are flat rates with applicable taxes included. Rates may change, so please confirm when you call.

Electricity, water, sewer, access to household-trash dumpsters and applicable taxes are included in the published rate.

Call the office at 912-236-9345, typically between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monthly stays receive priority; daily and weekly stays are offered when space permits.

Monthly sites are generally first come, first served rather than reserved far in advance. Please call to discuss current availability and site fit.

We accept cash, checks and money orders. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards or electronic payments. Stays are paid in advance.

No. Once a term is paid, the lot is removed from availability for that full period. Payments are therefore nonrefundable, including when a guest leaves early.

Our lots can accommodate nearly any size RV currently produced. Call with your RV type and approximate overall length so the office can confirm the best site fit.

RVs more than 10 years old require approval before a monthly stay can be offered.

No. Motorhomes may be accepted for eligible daily or weekly stays, based on availability, but they are not accepted for monthly stays.

Check-in begins after 3:00 p.m., and early check-in may be available when arranged in advance. Every RV must arrive during daylight. We do not park RVs after dark because limited visibility creates too much risk of damage.

Check-out is by 12:00 p.m.

Yes. Pets must remain with their owners, be kept on a leash and have waste cleaned up promptly.

Up to two passenger vehicles are permitted per lot.

Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. The speed limit throughout the RV park is 5 mph.

Yes. The amenities building has coin-operated washers and dryers plus two bathrooms. These facilities are currently available 24 hours a day.

USPS mailboxes are available for guests staying multiple months. Packages can typically be delivered directly to individual RV sites.

Propane is not sold on-site. A local provider may offer delivery subject to its minimum-order requirements, and several nearby businesses refill portable tanks brought to their locations.

Yes. Clean exteriors are encouraged, but guests should avoid wasting water.

Yes, when they are commercially manufactured for that purpose and raised above the ground.

Sheds are not permitted. A small plastic storage unit may be approved if it fits on the concrete slab beside the RV—not on the patio slab. These units are typically about 2–3 feet deep and 4–6 feet wide. Power may not be run to them.

Each RV may use either one 50-amp receptacle or one 30-amp receptacle. Guests may not plug into multiple receptacles, run extension cords into an RV, or connect additional heating or air-conditioning units to outdoor receptacles.
